Verification Process
Being treated for your addiction should not be a challenge. To begin the insurance verification process, all you have to do is contact us via phone or online. From there, we will obtain all necessary information and verify your benefits as quickly as possible. Once your benefits are confirmed, you will be contacted by a residential program advisor to review the details of your insurance and discuss how to receive treatment.
Your personal representative will review the finer details of your insurance policy, including the following details:
- In-network or out-of-network benefits
- Any deductible you may be responsible for paying
- Percentage your plan will pay upon meeting the deductible
- Any co-pay amount to pay upon checking into rehab
For those who recently purchased coverage through a state insurance exchange, based on the Affordable Care Act, acceptance of coverage is subject to approval.

Appointment Scheduling
If your insurance plan is accepted by any facility in our database and you are interested in treatment, we will schedule an initial appointment to meet in person and discuss your situation.
In the event that your insurance plan was not approved, we can explore additional options. You can still receive treatment, however, you will pay more out of pocket as an out-of-network patient.
Pre-certification
Although most insurance companies require pre-certification, we will help you with this process to ensure that it moves forward in a fast and efficient manner.
Most insurance companies require pre-certification before being admitted for drug and/or alcohol rehabilitation. Our qualified insurance representatives will attempt to complete this process on your behalf. If your insurance company requires you to contact them, we will walk you through the process of doing so.
Billing
All treatments will be billed to your insurance plan to ensure that you receive as much coverage as possible. You are responsible for any co-pay and deductible, as well as anything not covered by your insurance.
Throughout your treatment, we will do whatever it takes to assist you with any insurance or billing related matters.
